Food is not included in the price of the picnic. However, we work and coordinate with local charcuterie board makers Grace and Gouda and Brie's Boards. We can also pickup and deliver restaurants if you would like to have food at your picnic.
Unfortunately, the weather is the only thing we cannot control. But, we have a few covered locations for backup or we can move the picnic inside. If the picnic needs to be canceled, we will refund you for everything other than incidentals. If rain and lightning is present in the area, we will need to cancel the picnic if it's outdoors.
Unfortunately, we are no longer offering picnics on the beach. We believe our picnics are most enjoyable in city parks, neighborhoods, and areas where we have more control of the elements.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible! Our calendar fills up very fast and certain dates become unavailable.
Once your picnic time and date are confirmed, we will send you our Picnic Preference Sheet which allows you to customize the details of your picnic.
Once we receive your Picnic Preference Sheet, we will send an invoice that is due a day before your picnic.
Our standard picnic time is 1.5 hours. Party Picnics for 9+ guests are 2 hours. However, we can work with you to add additional time if needed.
We do not provide any alcohol. We follow all state and local park laws and regulations. We can provide glassware if alcohol is planned to be brought by guests.
